A few years ago I decided to make my first ever layer cake not having a clue where to start. Completely self-taught, I now run my own ever growing cake business, Baked By Holly. I'm incredibly lucky to be able to channel all my creativity into my bakes that are centre of attention at so many different fabulous occasions.

With the creation of Baked By Holly, baking a cake that tastes as good as it looks has always been imperative and something that will always remain at the core of my business.
